I got a copy of vol 1, and you can read my review here. It's a fantastic book worthy sitting alongside my most prized pieces. From layout to photographs, this book will give unknown details until now. Like the last volume, this book is a crowdfunding project via Kick Starter. I wholeheartedly back this and so should
